What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. In addition, we also accept payment using PayPal or Apple Pay. Apple Pay may only be used on eligible Apple devices. You can pick your preferred payment method during checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax on orders that are shipped to Utah.

How quickly are orders processed and shipped?

Orders placed before 3pm (MST) on a business day are usually processed and shipped the very same day. 

What is your return policy?

We offer 60-days from date of purchase to return a product. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

What type of security measures do you implement?

We take your security and privacy very seriously which is why our website is PCI Compliant and secured using 256-bit encryption to make for a safe shopping experience.

Do you save my credit card information?

No, we do not. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere within the United States, its territories, and its overseas military addresses. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $50 before taxes. Just make sure that your cart totals $50 or more and select the free shipping option under shipping method.

Where do I find Nature's Health coupon codes, discount codes, or promo codes?

What is the shelf-life of your supplements?

We recommend consuming our supplements before the expiration date located on the bottom of the bottle.
